17# Arash MuridiyazdAn anonymous peer review: “'Ara' only recently started to play futsal seriously but is already a significant component of the team. It’s written all over his futsal-related habitual manners: a final breakthrough is coming up soon.” Date of birth: 29.1.1987. Status: A player. Weight/height: 72kg/178 cm Clubs: KaDy (2009- ) Major subject: Degree Programme in Paper Machine Technology (Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences). KaDy-name(s): Ara, Argo, Arzi, Aragorn. Strengths as a futsal player? "Technique." Interests outside futsal court? "Football, movies." Jukka Kytölä asked you the following: If you got to choose, would you rather play in the futsal national team of Finland (FIFA ranking 52.) or Iran (FIFA ranking 5.)? You were born in Iran, weren't you? "That’s a difficult one by Kajuk… Yes, I was born in Iran, but I would rather play for the Finnish national team, because I’ve lived in Finland almost my whole life. I could play for the national team of Iran only after it is freed from the grip of dictators." What have you always wanted to know about a KaDy player but have been too afraid to ask him? "I’ve always wanted to know why Riku Pelkonen quit football? You were such a good goalkeeper (youth national team level)."
